Recently, I fulfilled a long time dream (bucket list) of viewing the Great Barrier Reef as part of a trip to Australia. I crammed a number of sights and activities into a relatively short amount of time. Donna Thomas, based on my "must do and see" list given to her prior to leaving planned the entire trip and it came off without one glitch or "issue". It was flawless. There were no missing reservations, no "no-show" ground transportation problems, no missed connections, no unpleasant surprises.
