COUNTRY VILLA - ROTORUA
Country Villa is an elegant Victorian Villa, originally built in Auckland in 1906 and transported to Rotorua in 1996, it has been completely renovated and restored.
The Country Villa is situated in Rotorua, a beautiful colonial town, which has received the "Most Beautiful City" award for the last two years. Rotorua has around 60,000 citizens and the main industries are forestry, tourism and farming. There are many excellent restaurants in Rotorua and the sightseeing is fantastic with 14 lakes in the region.
During summer the day-temperatures are high (around 25șC) and during winter the coldest temperature is 12-14șC.
Downstairs there are three well appointed queen size double rooms with en suite, that is own bath/shower and toilet, and one room is suitable for the elderly or disabled as it has wheelchair access. Upstairs there is a two bedroom suite consisting of one queen/single and one twin room with shared private bath/toilet facilities. Single party bookings only.
