The cuisine at Paratiho Lodge is a combination of the most desirable and freshest local produce, prepared in an internationally recognized manner, completed with a South Pacific flavour. Evening meals are a social occasion often hosted by the lodge owners, Robert & Sally Hunt. Private dining is also always available.

The six suites are separate from the Lodge and reflect and enhance the flowing landscape that surrounds. From local artists original works - to the divine cookies at your bedside - no detail is too trivial when you stay in luxury at Paratiho.

Each Suite has a separate bedroom with King size and twin beds and each Lounge is complete with a fire place. There is a large dressing room, bathroom with a feature garden and a private outdoor patio area. 

View satelite TV or DVD's in the library on the large plasma screen or take time out to enjoy a book from the extensive collection.

Perfect for families is the self-catering Farm Cottage which is located within the 2000 acre working farm, about 1km from the main Lodge. It was the home of the owners whilst the Lodge was being built. It is furnished in an understated yet elegant style, designed to celebrate charm, comfort and seclusion.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of six guests per night, with one King size bedroom with ensuite and two Queen size bedrooms with ensuite, all fully furnished in the luxurious style of the Lodge at Paratiho Farms. Perfect for families or groups of couples looking for flexibility in self catering and something a little different.

There is a kitchen, dining room, lounge area, a spacious bathroom, garage, BBQ and private garden area. It has central heating, full entertainment centre with satellite connection and telephone.

You can workout in the well-equipped gymnasium which is complete with pilates equipment and sanarium (sauna-steam room).

The deluxe treatments soothe and rejuvenate both the body and the mind – from hydrotherapy, body wraps, and facials, through to manicures, massage, reflexology and hairstyling. 

Paratiho has the distinction of having the number one spa in a New Zealand Lodge. The experienced spa technicians are dedicated to pampering you.

Other facilities include an Outdoor Heated Infinity Pool, Tennis Court, Champion size Croquet Lawn, Petanque, Golf Putting Green and Farm and Garden Walks.
