Arthur's Pass

We had planned a three week trip to New Zealand and found ourselves too busy to fill in a lot of the details with our departure fast approaching. We read about Donna in Conde Nast and called with just a month to go before our trip. She was able to grasp what we were looking for in the trip, and she put together a perfect itinerary. It was immediately apparent that she has her finger on the pulse of the country. She has close relationships with many of the proprietors and business owners, and she is not hesitant to recommend adjustments based on some of that insiders knowledge. Her staff was outstanding throughout. The guides she arranged couldn't have been better. The places we stayed were exactly what we were looking for. Donna checked in a couple of times during the trip, and she was even able to handle a fairly major change in the itinerary that we requested mid-trip (involving cancellations, new flights, new reservations, etc.). We echo the comments of the previous posters. Although we do not usually use travel agents to plan our travel, we would not do a trip to New Zealand without Donna's assistance.
