Terms and Conditions

New Zealand Travel, Inc. is in the business of "customizing" South Pacific itineraries and making reservations for our valued clients. Considerable labor time and communication expenses are often incurred in completing arrangements. Occasionally lodges and hotels and our agents Downunder require up front deposits to secure reservations as many of the properties have limited rooms. All senior or other type travel discounts should be advised before any reservations are made otherwise New Zealand Travel, Inc. cannot obtain such discounts.

The payment of the deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation shall constitute consent to all provisions stated in this website. New Zealand Travel and its representatives act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, or other services herein. The individual participant and/or purchaser, by acceptance of the program in the form of payment, agrees that New Zealand Travel and/or its agents shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability, or expense, to person or property due to any act or default of any hotel, carrier, or other service provider included herein. The air tickets, vouchers, coupons, or contracts currently in use by an air carrier, hotel, or other service provider shall constitute the sole contract between the tour participant and such contractor. New Zealand Travel and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, theft, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war, weather conditions, nor for any additional expenses or damages due to changes in advertised schedules or services, or any other cause beyond their control. New Zealand Travel reserves the right to cancel or change itineraries and substitute service without notice and to decline or accept to retain any participant at any time.

60 days prior to departure, your final payment is due. Due to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates, prices are subject to change until that time or if totally prepaid well in advance, we can lock in the best exchange rate at that time.

New Zealand Travel, Inc. reserves the right to substitute hotels or lodges if those shown in the preliminary itinerary are fully booked or otherwise unavailable. We will advise you of the confirmed properties for your final approval.
